Responsibilities:
Ensure proper receipt/ issue parts to support operation timely, stock rotation based on FIFO system, as well as ensuring security in warehouse
Ensure accuracy of inventory, correct location of stocks and maintenance of proper warehouse documents
Supervise cycle count and ensure proper housekeeping in warehouse
Execute supplier kanban with suppliers
Ensure efficiency and productivity of warehouse functions are meet
Lead continues improvement projects
Lead ISO 9000 process in Logistic
Implementation of re packing in Water strider
Requirements:
ISO 9001:2008 Internal auditor certified/ experience
Knowledge in MRP system, preferably in ManMan
Diploma/ Certificate in Logistics or Supply chain
Min 3 yrs exp in warehouse management and supervisory post
