Responsibilities:



You will be reporting to Logistic Manager and shall carry out all assigned
duties under his guidance and supervision.

• Conduct functions smoothly relating to requisition,
  receipt, stacking, and dispatch of goods and supplies
  
• Systematic organising of stocks storage
  
• Accurately prepare replenishment stock for the shops
  
• Return stock, equipment and packaging to the warehouse
  for appropriate processing
  
• Process stock received in from suppliers
  
• Maintain inventory of all supplies and making note of
  damaged goods
  
• Coordinating with delivery personnel for the dispatch
  and collection of goods
  
• Provide consistently good customer service to the
  retail shops and internal staff
  
• Partake in periodic stocktake in warehouse &
  retail stores
  
• Follow proper safety procedures of all warehouse
  functions
  
• Assist in the day-to-day operations (ie: General store
  duties, housekeeping etc.) and other operations activities per by Logistics
  manager/supervisor
  

Requirements:

• Able to work at Serangoon North
  
• Physically fit with no colour blindness
  
• Ability to efficiently manage time and meet all
  deadlines
  
• Maintain positive disposure in issue management
  
• Experience gained in a retail warehousing environment
  is advantageous
  
• Short-notice availability for additional hours
  
• 5½ days work week
