Our client, a Swedish MNC in the Flavours & Fragrances industry is looking for suitable candidates to join them in the following position:
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business procurement strategies for assigned products, consistent with global or regional procurement plans
Negotiate agreements with suppliers for indirect materials & service within the value of spend
Manage supplier and their performance to ensure uninterrupted supply and quality
Create local/regional/global savings opportunities
Support the delivery of Working Capital targets and creditor targets for the site.
Ensure control and proper responsibility for expenditure of company funds
Establish project management discipline for identifying and tracking tasks, resources, milestones and measures for IM&S projects
Regularly communicate with key stakeholders on IM&S projects to ensure mutual understanding of objectives and priorities
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree with at least 5 years of working experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management preferably in Chemical, FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Health Care Industry
Good understanding of purchasing and business processes and systems
Proficiency in MS office
Key/Site super user for SAP
Good negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Effective cross-functional team member with good conflict resolution skills
