Responsibilities:

We
are seeking a highly independent individual to support, manage and develop long
term relations with existing and new clients from the financial markets
industry.

 

• Good oral and communication skills.
  
  
• Ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot
  issues independently.
  
  
• Capable of dealing with clients independently
  and able to understand client enquiries and problems.
  
  
• Able to work together with internal staff i.e.
  product specialists, developers and senior management to provide the
  required solution to the client.
  
  
• Strong commitment to deliver project and work
  assignments in time is essential.
  
  
• Strong sense of ownership, working to provide
  information, drive initiatives and consistently improve the level of service
  to clients.
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience in the financial services industry
  is advantageous.
  
  
• Sound knowledge in financial markets software.
  
  
• Some broking experience preferred.
  
  
• University degree.
  
  
• Must be IT literate and proficient in
  Microsoft Office applications.
  
  
• Only Singapore citizens and PRs need apply.
