Responsibilities:


Position : Logistic / Warehouse Manager (Marsiling / 5 days / Max $6500)
Job scope / requirements :

Lead a team of warehouse and logistics personnel to ensure daily store activities such as receiving, data entry, put away, kitting, issuing are performed in a timely and accurate manner to support Manufacturing/production
Daily logistics activities such as RMA, Spares Management, picking, packing, dispatching/shipping to fulfill customer orders as well as support to field service activities
Responsible for the management of inventory, daily warehouse activities, data integrity, systems timely update and KPI reporting
Ensure compliance to inventory control processes and update of daily warehouse cycle account
Ensure staff adhere strictly to operational procedures, safety, health, security and quality policy
Min Dip/Deg in relevant with at least 5 years of working experience in same industry


Position : Logistics / Warehouse Supervisor / Executive (Marsiling / 5 days / Max $4000)
Job scope / requirements :

Supervises materials coordinator, shipping coordinator, RMA coordinator, Spares Management coordinator
Manage and assure smooth products in transit and in storage
Ensure smooth closure of operation-related job order and on time delivery to customer
Responsible for creating, documenting, developing and implementing procedures to support the products on transfer into manufacturing
Manage operations-related responsibilities, especially the MRP system, inventory of work in progress and production job costing
Support rough-cut capacity planning modeling efforts and make recommendations regarding capacity bottlenecks and improvements
Using learn-thinking principles, implement cycle time and cost reduction opportunities focused on the elimination of non-value added (NVA) work within the factory
Establish and manage storage facilities and ensure smooth daily operation
Manage ECO changes and implementation
Min Deg in relevant with 5 years of supervisory experience in fast-moving store operation.

Requirements:


Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain, Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides services to employees to answer their benefit questions, resolve problems related to access to or payment of benefits, orient newly eligible employees
  • Maintains employee pay and benefits data in automated human resources information systems.
  • Coordinates transfer of data to external vendors, plan providers, auditors, and consultants.
  • Negotiates and contracts with benefit plan providers, vendors, auditors, and consultants for services, premiums, and plan administration.
  • Prepares and communicates information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures.
  • Analyzes and evaluates services, coverage, and options available through insurance and investment companies to determine programs best meeting needs of organization.
  • Prepare detailed job descriptions and classification systems and define job levels and families, in partnership with other managers - TBC
  • Prepare or recommend budgets for personnel operations.

Compensation:

  • Complete monthly payroll for employees and submission to CPF board.
  • Submission of NS Make-up Pay Claim for Employees on Reservist.
  • Make monthly reconciliation report on total compensations to clarify the difference.
  • Complete the final compensation and severance allowance for leaving employees.
  • Execute monthly payroll and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accuracy remittance for employees every month.
  • Assist HRAM / Country Manager in participating in salary and benefit survey.
  • Evaluates jobs for developing compensation and benefits program.
  • Submit monthly report (manpower) to HRAM or other report related to manpower whenever required.

Personal Income Tax:

  • Compile annual personal income tax finalization for employees, or expatriates and report to Tax Department.
  • Contact Tax authorities and prepare tax declaration IR21 for resignation of expatriates employees.

 

Regional Alignment

  • Implement and roll out Regional HR processes and alignment to the wholly-own countries – currently Singapore, India and Australia
  • Work with respective country HR to ensure policies and processes are consistent and aligned with Regional.
  • Periodical checks on HR processes in each country.


Others

  • Follow up and record the new hires’ compensation structure.
  • Assist to make annual salary survey.
  • Update and record the job evaluation for all jobs in company.
  • Assist all activities related to HR or company events or any requests from immediate supervisor.

 
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): epe core, payroll, compensation and benefit, Tax Computations.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources, Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
Plan, execute and oversee all Marketing Communications activities for the hotel, ensuring that its positive image is maintained and enhanced through an integrated communications strategy that establishes its foothold in niche markets and at the targetted audience.
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
 
1) Administrative
 
1.1 Execute plans and strategies to promote hotel's products and services in consultation with relevant departments and Director of Marketing Communications
1.2 Maintain an accurate filing system for artworks and contracts for easy retrieval and reference.
1.3 Raise job orders, purchase requisitions and all necessary paperwork for the department's operations.
1.4 Compile and update media list
1.5 Ensure the systematic archiving of all hotel images.
 
2) External Communications
 
2.1 Act as media liaison for all publicity related to the hotel unless otherwise instructed.
2.2 Maintain a systematic and pro-active channel of communications with local, national and international media via formal and informal meetings, press releases, press conferences and other related events to generate media coverage
 
3) Collaterals, publicity materials and publications

3.2 Responsible for maintaining corporate brand guidelines in all communication materials
3.3 Ensure timeliness and accuracy in production and/or submission of advertisements and collaterals.
3.4 Ensure effective distribution of collaterals and publicity materials.
3.5 Supervision of filming and photography of hotel's promotions/new products.
3.6 Media tracking and compiling of monthly media impressions report.
3.7 Update information on the hotel's website.
3.8 Update the hotel's guest communications materials. For example: Guest letters and public area signages.
 
4) Marketing Support
 
4.1 Provide support for marketing of hotel's activities through advertising, media relations, direct marketing, e-marketing, public and community relations and internal communications.
 
5) Perform other functions that may be required from time to time as instructed by the Director of Marketing Communications and General Manager
Requirements:
