Responsibilities:


Position : Sales Coordinator x 2 (5 days / Bedok / $1600 - $ 2200)
Job scope / requirements :
Follow up on purchase order acknowledgement with vendors
Process purchase order amendments and invoice adjustments
Follow up on open purchase orders
Ensure invoice reconciliation is consistent with the agreed terms on the purchase order
Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Shipping / Business or equivalent
1 - 2 years of relevant experience

Job scope / requirements :

Process order processing and issue invoices
Liaise with logistics and customers on delivery
Other ad hoc duties
GCE ‘O’ / Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent

Job scope / requirements :

Process service order with customers
Liaise with technical personnel to perform service duties
Follow up on service contract and process invoices
Other ad hoc duties
Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
2 years of relevant experience

Position : Spare Part Coordinator (Clementi / 5 days / Max $2000)
Job scope / requirements :

Provide spare part processing and coordination support for Services Sales
Prepare proposals/offers and order confirmation through in-house SAP System
Close liaise with Internal and external parties ensuring order delivery
Processing/controlling documentation to close completed orders for invoicing
GCE ‘O’ level/Nitec in Service Skill (office) equivalent or higher
1-2 years relevant working experience will be an advantage
Fresh graduateswith suitable aptitudes are encouraged to apply
Initial trainings on in-house process system will be provided.
Computer literate / A team player with a positive mindset and ability to adapt to /work in a challenging environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Incoterms 2000 & Shipping skills an added advantage

Position : Service Coordinator – Invoicing (Clementi / 5 days / $1300 - $1600)
Job scope / requirements :

Provide invoicing support functions
Higher Nitec in Accounting or higher
1-2 years relevant working experience in similar or related position
Fresh graduateswith suitable aptitudes are encouraged to apply
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, a team player with a positive mindset and ability to adapt to /work in a challenging environment.

Position : Admin Coordinator (6 months contract) (Clementi / 5 days / $1300 - $1600)
Job scope / requirements :

Provide spare part processing and coordination support for Services Sales
Other admin duties assigned
Min GCE ‘O’ Level
Fresh graduates or students on school breakwith suitable aptitudes are encouraged to apply

Requirements:


Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support, Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
