Metso’s Flow Control business line offers a wide range of valve services and service solutions to our customers. The Service Solutions team is in charge of developing and maintaining best-in-class service as well as the development of the service sales capabilities globally. Due to expansion, we are now looking for a Manager, Service Solutions.
MANAGER, SERVICE SOLUTIONS

Requirements:
Your role will be demand creation for agreement-based and value added services in Asia Pacific area. You will participate in sales cases supporting the local sales in solution selling. You will also be a member of the Global Service Solutions team. As part of the team, you will collect and share best practices in solutions selling and execution globally. In addition, you will also be responsible for developing the value-based pricing models and tools. Your success will be measured on agreement business growth, number of new service customers and service solution sales in your area.
We expect you to be a customer and results oriented team player. You should possess a degree in Engineering and have at least 5 years of relevant experience in industrial service solution sales. Experience in Refinery, Petrochemical and Pulp & Paper industries is highly valued. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers are essential attributes for this role. You must also be able to work efficiently in a matrix organization to deliver results. Extensive travel will be required.
