NPI Engineer (Process integration/Yield engineering/Technology transfer)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for introduction of new product/process/technology.
Complete DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, RPR and related documentations for all transfers from PD/TD to NPI.
Apply DOE and other process characterization technique to develop process recipe for new product/process/technology.
Determine root-cause of technical issues with relation the NPI activities.
Ensure design for manufacturability and meet the NPI project objective. 
        
Requirements:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronics/ Materials/ Chemical Engineering, Physics or other relevant discipline.
Min 3 years’ experience in semiconductor environment, with direct experience in any/ all of the following areas: technology transfer, process integration, yield engineering, unit/ module process development, statistical process control.
Well-organized and able to work independently.
Understanding of Statistical Analysis Tools.
