Responsibilities:


Manage and lead a group of electrical, mechanical and process engineers to support the strategic plan of the Power Product Division


Technological lead in new product development utilizing new design concepts, materials, packaging and topologies;


Maintain design standards to ensure new products performances, schedule and cost meet customer requirements;


Remain vigilant of competitive development on new products and improve Company’s reputation with regard to product solutions provided to customer base;


Monitor key performances related to design win, materials standardization, sample commitment, new product launch rating, quality and responsiveness;


Manage engineering resources to develop, maintain and retain leading edge engineering talent within organization;


Work with materials suppliers, customers and manufacturing operations to remain abreast of latest manufacturing technologies and product applications;


Work closely with the worldwide Power design and marketing personnel


Perform other duties as assigned by Engineering Director

Requirements:


Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
At least six years experience with a minimum of 3 years experience in engineering with management experience;
Good understanding of magnetic application, market and customer requirements;
Computer literacy including Word, Excel, CAD;
Able to communicate in English and Chinese language;
Masters in Engineering or Business Administration is an added advantage
Working location Based in China - Zhuhai
