Responsibilities:
- Support the Mechanical Integrity & Quality
Assurance (MIQA) Program - Lead a cross-functional team to inspect and
troubleshoot the equipment to prevent any safety incidents from occurring - Lead
in the design, testing and field validations of new processes/equipment or
modifications to existing processes/equipment - Develop design specifications which meet
industrial and company codes/standards - Develop engineering drawings, piping layouts,
process flow diagrams, mass balance and prepare as-built drawings for all
Capital projects - Propose cost-effective solutions to eliminate
or prevent any recurrences of equipment problems due to metal fatique or
corrosion - Involve with budgeting on capital expense to
recommendations to purchase new or replacement of equipment - Act as site pipe code consultant
- Perform RAGAGEP assessment
- Participate in Reliability-Centered-Maintenance
(RCM), root-Cause-Analysis (RCA) and Process Hazard Analysis
- Degree in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in
maintenance function in a petroleum refinery,
petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical or
process plant

Inspector - Ability to lead troubleshooting work and
provide cost-effective solutions - Familiarity with standard design codes like
ASME, API, ANSI, TEMA, etc
