Responsibilities:
- The
Site Service Engineer provides on or off-site corrective or preventative
maintenance and offers after-sales technical support solutions once a
product has been sold. Typically, the role is split between the office and
customers premises. Regular travel within Singapore is a common feature.
- The major responsibilities are:
- Ensuring smooth daily front-end operations;
- Performing support for all Companys related
devices, software, services and any other related equipment;
- Ensure service agreement level is met for
incident management;
- Managing all Company related assets;
- Liaising with vendors for equipment repairs and
maintenance
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
- Results oriented and highly motivated
- Good knowledge in troubleshooting Wintel
environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
