IT Site Engineer @ South - JNC

Responsibilities:

• The
  Site Service Engineer provides on or off-site corrective or preventative
  maintenance and offers after-sales technical support solutions once a
  product has been sold. Typically, the role is split between the office and
  customers premises. Regular travel within Singapore is a common feature.
  
  
• The major responsibilities are:
  
  
• Ensuring smooth daily front-end operations;
  
  
• Performing support for all Companys related
  devices, software, services and any other related equipment;
  
  
• Ensure service agreement level is met for
  incident management;
  
  
• Managing all Company related assets;
  
  
• Liaising with vendors for equipment repairs and
  maintenance
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder
  
  
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
  
  
• Results oriented and highly motivated
  
  
• Good knowledge in troubleshooting Wintel
  environment
  
  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
