- Handle procurement (negotiate price, arrange delivery date, payment etc.)
- Manage IT assets including License, IT equipments etc
- Keep proper documentation of manual, announcement letter etc
- Assist in other general tasks such as filing and hotel bookings etc
- Polytechnic Diploma Holder, females working environment
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in procurement or sales
- Able to write IT documents such as manuals
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office
- Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills

Requirements:
